Three reasons why Motivation Fades

Has this happened to you? Today you feel excited and after a few days this stimulus disappears like a pain killer effect which does not work after a while. Many times, the urge to do something doesn't last a day. Why is it so sticky? Have you tried to move towards the main goal?

You may have read thousands of inspirational articles, self-help books, watched countless animated YouTube videos like mine, get excited about reaching Zenith overnight and then live in your old setup all over the world. Get stuck in , Comfortable zone.

When you are motivated, you are very positive mentally. You believe in your goals and think they are achievable through your efforts in a given time. Where, motivation is a driving force, a fuel that fuels the engines of our brains to work hard to achieve our goals. Thus, it is impossible to achieve your goals in life without any kind of motivation.

1 Unaware of one's own self

Most of us are so busy with our 9-5 lifestyles that we don't have time to think about our thoughts, real desires and real aspirations. We are unaware of ourselves. This is because we do not know ourselves. And it creates a gap between inner and outer desires

Imagine that there is a purpose in your life that does not fulfill any of your inner or outer desires because you cannot realize what your real desires are. How long will you stay motivated? One day the stimulus, the desire would die. It is very important to keep internal and external desires in harmony. That way one can find happiness in life.

2 Love the comfort zone

It is human nature to be content and comfortable. We know that hard work can change our lives, yet we do not act. Another human nature is that we do not act on things that we already know will benefit us. Because action and hard work require an investment of time and effort, there are risks of loss and failure. When we already have the option of avoiding dangers and adversity, why would we choose the path of keeping motivation alive and working hard to achieve our goals?

3 We are slaves to emotions

Stimulation is an emotional state of the brain. Accept it It's just bound to disappear like an emotional ups and downs. It is a cycle in which you feel excited, energized and excited, when your goal seems so easy to achieve and you do not fall asleep at night with immense joy and energy in your veins. But after a few days or a few hours, it disappears

Goals seem unrealistic or very difficult to achieve and you return to your normal life where everything is cemented together, just like forever, where there is no danger And so there are no more possibilities. And then you re-activate yourself and the cycle goes straight. Most of us don't see the motivation that way and as such, we do nothing to keep the motivation alive and that is the biggest reason behind the death of the stimulus that dies.
